Zine: Diary of Incidents
The idea for this zine began with inspiration from the types of images I have recently been most inspired to make. All images were made on location and/or were re-painted with my own reference images later. The series creates a sort of window into the types of things I think about on a moment-to-moment basis, as well as the types of memories that stick with me the most.
All images were made with gouache and ink. The typography was drawn by hand from Meta Book Capitals and Century Regular, or else was developed from my head. (c) 2014.
Update: the image "Logical Consequence of Tomatoes" from this zine was selected for a juried exhibition at the Society of Illustrators in May 2015.

How to Draw: Humble tips from an Amateur
This zine is a personal manifesto to remind myself how to draw from life. I assembled all the images from my sketchbook from early 2015. (c) 2015.

Triptych: Paintball!
This trio of images was inspired by 1950's cartoons and character design. Made with cut paper and photoshop. (c) 2013.
